Safety & reporting

Students should be able to study without being bullied, threatened, deceived or exposed to unsafe material. Reporting is built into posts, comments, profiles, files, groups and other community areas.

Report what you see

• Harassment or threats: report the account or message and avoid continuing the conversation.
• Scams or suspicious offers: never send money, passwords, verification codes or identity documents to another member because they asked in chat.
• Unsafe or sexual content: report it immediately, especially anything involving a minor.
• Impersonation: report accounts pretending to be a teacher, institute, board official or another student.
• Copyright concerns: use the copyright and takedown page.

What happens after a report

A moderator reviews the report and may remove content, restrict an account, request more information or dismiss the report. The person you report is not told who submitted it.

Protect your account

Use a unique password, keep email verification enabled, review your active sessions in Settings and never share a login code. StudyHub staff will not ask for your password.

Urgent danger

StudyHub is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service rather than waiting for a platform report.
