TaleemPK

Terms of service

This document constitutes the agreement between a user and TaleemPK governing use of the platform. It is drafted for clarity. Where a provision affects a user in a manner they may not anticipate, that effect is stated expressly.

Last updated September 2026.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, a user agrees to these terms and to the Community rules. A person who does not agree to these terms should not create an account; the resource library remains accessible without one.

Users must be at least thirteen years of age. Users under eighteen should obtain the consent of a parent or guardian prior to use.

2. Account obligations

  • Registration information must be accurate, and the associated email address kept current, as it is the means by which account access is restored.
  • The user is responsible for safeguarding their password. Activity conducted through a signed-in account is attributed to the account holder.
  • Each individual may hold one account only.
  • Unauthorised access to an account must be reported promptly.

3. User-submitted content

Ownership of submitted content is retained by the user. Submission to the platform does not transfer ownership.

The user grants the platform a licence to host such content: to store, display and distribute it for the purpose of making it available to other users, and to create the technical copies this requires, including thumbnails, backups and search indices. This licence subsists for the purpose of platform operation and terminates upon deletion of the content, save for copies retained in the ordinary course of backup processes, which expire in due course.

The user represents that content they submit is either their own original work, submitted with authorisation, or free of third-party restriction. Where this is not the case, Copyright and takedown sets out the applicable process.

4. Content removal

The platform may remove content or restrict an account where the Community rules have been breached, where required by law, or where content presents a risk to a third party. Users will generally be informed of what was removed and the reason. Every such decision may be appealed, and each appeal is reviewed by a person other than the original decision-maker.

5. Creator earnings programme

Where the creator earnings programme is active, the following terms apply:

  • Earnings are calculated on the basis of distinct readers — individual signed-in users, counted once per day — rather than page loads. Reloading a post generates no additional earnings.
  • Applicable rates and qualifying conditions are published on the earnings page and are subject to change. Amendments apply prospectively and do not affect earnings already credited.
  • Earnings accrue only in respect of the user's own original work. Where recent submissions match material previously published on the platform by another user, earnings on the affected account are suspended until this is no longer the case. The user is notified of the specific match identified and may appeal it.
  • Views obtained by artificial means, including through additional accounts, purchased traffic or automated activity, are excluded from calculation and may result in removal from the programme.
  • A payout may be withheld pending review, with the reason communicated to the user.
  • Where tax withholding applies, the applicable amount is deducted and reflected on the payment receipt.
  • Amounts already credited to a user's balance are retained regardless of subsequent programme changes.

6. Pages and groups

  • The creator of a Page or group is responsible for content posted to it, including content posted by individuals granted administrative access.
  • Messages sent to a Page constitute a shared inbox accessible to all current team members, including those added subsequently.
  • Transfer of a Page or group to another user transfers all associated content, including message history and future earnings entitlement.
  • A verification badge represents a determination made by the platform and does not constitute an entitlement. It may be withdrawn where the basis for its issuance no longer applies.

7. Disclaimers

The following limitations are stated directly:

  • The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability and accuracy, no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
  • Content is submitted by users. No representation is made as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability for examination purposes of any uploaded material. Users should verify material of consequence against their official syllabus.
  • Results and date sheets are reproduced from official board sources and may contain errors or be superseded. The relevant examination board remains the authoritative source, and no irreversible decision should be made in reliance on a figure published on this platform without independent verification.
  • Tutors and academies listed on the platform are independent third parties, neither employed nor endorsed by the platform. Users are directed to Safety and reporting for guidance on meeting arrangements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including in connection with an examination result, a missed deadline, or a transaction with another user. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Termination

A user may delete their account at any time via account settings, resulting in permanent deletion. The platform may suspend or terminate an account for repeated breach of these terms or the Community rules, or where required by law. Any such action may be appealed.

10. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following such an announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
